Whilst this is great news for potential investors, it means an intelligent selection process should be put in place. Complete the purchase 100% remotely
Using the marvels of modern technology, the whole process can be done remotely over Zoom. A limited Power of Attorney can be granted to our legal partners in Dubai to acquire the property on your behalf, complete the Golden Visa application and obtain the residence permits. If buying off-plan (where a site visit is not usually required), this can be a great timesaver.
