How to get a Gold Visa in Portugal for €375,000

Getting a Golden Visa (Gold Visa) in Portugal for less

Today we’re looking at some budget-friendly options to access the Portugal Golden Visa, which is sometimes referred to as the Gold Visa. Specifically, options in the €350-400,000 range (yes, that is possible!) We first recap the types of Portugal Golden Visa investment that exist in the fund space – because not all funds are the same, there’s a lot of variation to consider. Second, we’ll look at my personal favourite sector for Golden Visa (Gold Visa Portugal) investments, and that’s the hospitality sector – which I like for very many reasons. We then get into the specifics of certain selected investment cases. The first Gold Visa Portugal option is the Royal Obidos Spa & Golf Resort (which regular viewers of my videos will undoubtedly be very familiar with, it’s a longstanding favourite for many reasons), which you can access for €399k of investable capital. The second option is a new one for this channel, and this is a cheaper option at €375k. It’s called the Villa Magna Eco-Resort, and it’s quite different to the Obidos option. Lastly, we take a look at the alternatives that exist away from the hospitality space. For reasons that become apparent in the video, it is very difficult to bring down the investable capital requirement for this type of investment for a Gold Visa in Portugal, so these are options for €500k+.
