How it works:
1. Property selection
Identify your perfect investment property. Pay a one-off fee of 5% of its value (plus legal fees c. £900) to reserve it. The property is now off the market.
2. Monthly payments
The remaining 25% required for a deposit is divided by the number of months in the build term (usually 24 months) to determine your monthly premium
3. Completion
With around 6 months remaining, financing for the remaining 70% is arranged. This can either be via a mortgage, or via a guaranteed rental agreement with the developer (the tenants pay the remaining amount for you)
4. Rental management
Once the property is bought, it is yours to keep. We will run it as a hands-off investment for you, or you are free to rent it out yourself (or sell for profit). Its value and the rental yield will grow over time, securing you a strong return.
